Working days

Working days are the days in a range that are not weekends, usually Monday to Friday. They are the basis of most contractual deadlines and delivery estimates.

Public holidays are not normally subtracted automatically, because they differ by country and year. For a contract, take the working day count and subtract the holidays that fall inside the range.
